Madame Cours de Cuisine (formerly CKCS Foods) is a hands-on cooking program founded in 2008 and run by Chef and owner, Nikki Marks. Nikki is the mother of a big, blended family of 9, the owner of Mindgrub Café food truck and catering, and co-owner of Share Kitchen Baltimore.
Our classes and parties incorporate science, nutrition, and kitchen safety through the exploration of a variety of cooking techniques. Cooking together is a way to learn about different cultures and share in the joy of “breaking bread” together.
We offer private classes, team building and group lessons, and summer programs. We have teamed up with a number of schools and institutions to offer our courses at their locations and will be offering our program out of our beautiful, new commercial kitchen in Locust Point, Baltimore called Share Kitchen Baltimore.
